HTLs have access to two special Slack channels for emergencies only:

• #emergency-technical is for critical issues affecting the entire team and/or all of our guests. 

• #emergency-ministry is for situations when you sense immediate physical danger to a guest or others.

If you do not have access to either of these channels in the Life.Church Online Host Team Slack Workspace, please reach out to your Community Leader and they can get you access.

For situations that are not emergencies, please use the #questions or #random channels. Only use the emergency channels for emergencies.
