God has placed people in your service who have amazing gifts! The team member in charge of recruiting is always on the lookout for potential Hosts within your service. This can also be the person who is greeting people. Recruiters can use Public Chat or Direct Chat to reach out to these guests who have future Host potential, and encourage the guests to apply. 

Here are some tips for this role:

• Look for people who are encouraging, friendly, and good at written communication.

• Once you’ve identified a potential Host, initiate a Direct Chat with them or “@” them in Public Chat to invite them to apply.

• Let the guest know that you’ve seen them exhibit qualities of being a great Host.

• Share the link to apply: www.go2.lc/host.

• If the guest has any questions that we can’t answer, have them email the Life.Church Online team at online@life.church.  

Note: The person assigned to the Recruiting role must complete RP Certification Training in order to initiate direct chats with guests.
