We encourage people to take their next steps when it comes to following Jesus. We know that no matter how long you've had a relationship with Christ, there is always a next step to be taken. The person in this role helps guests on that journey by posting relevant chat prompts within that service. For example, they would post a welcome message as chat opens, or a link to join the Host Team.
This person pays attention to the service video as it is happening to know when certain prompts need to be posted within the Public Chat. This is an ideal role for new Hosts that have recently joined your team.
