You get to lead this team! Ideally, the HTL will avoid taking a specified role in order to have a "bird's-eye" view of the service. This allows them to quickly discover any technical issues, engage with guests who may need Direct Chat, and encourage the team in Host Chat. It also keeps them available to assist with escalations in Request Prayer (RP).
While this does not mean that HTLs should refrain from chatting or taking RP when needed, it does mean that their primary role is the bird's-eye view and we empower Hosts to own their assigned roles.
