Team Organization: Resting

As your team grows, you’ll begin to have margin to allow some of your team to take a break. This is intentional. We want Hosts to be energized, having the flexibility to take a week off to rest, or to accommodate other things that may come up in their lives. 

Communicate each month with your team to see who would like to take which week off that month so your team can plan accordingly. Model this yourself and work with your CL on when you will take a week off.
