We set the tone. A simple greeting (or emoji) can make someone’s day. It’s important that this person greets all new guests within 10 seconds of the guest making themselves known in the Public Chat. This person would also hold uplifting conversations and build relationships with guests. 

The Host who is greeting can also be the same Host who is doing the next role: recruiting.
